Ed, a young woman struggling with anxiety, dreads meeting her estranged father, Duke. She avoids confronting her feelings and ventures into a catatonic supermarket to buy his favourite peanut butter. But as the crowded aisles close in, a panic attack pulls Ed into a surreal confrontation with Duke, where past and present blur together. Their reunion, tangled in unresolved grief over her mother’s death, becomes increasingly suffocating. Ed must choose between clinging to the past or breaking free and reclaiming her future. In the end, with the quiet support of her loyal dog, Raisin, she finds the strength to put herself first.
